Overview
This Leadership PODCAST programme is a social-media platform for leadership experience sharing session for all sorts of leadership topics such as self-confidence, values and integrity, effective communication and management skills, creative and innovative thinking, perseverance, willingness to take risks, open to change, levelheaded and reactiveness in times of crisis to name a few. These topics will be thoroughly discussed and explained by the invited panelists during the PODCAST session. Upon the completion of this course, participants will be able to: Understand and apply the concepts and applications of selaf, team and organizational effective leadership. Identify the current challenges and creatively thinking to solve the problems related to oneself, teams and organization. Demonstrate good understanding of the current topics in building high performing organisations. Self-assessment and develop strategies to play more improrant roles in organisations.
