Tentang Program

Overview

This course is designed to introduce prominent international speakers to the university’s leaders. The international speakers will share their experience and best management practices on research and teaching with the participants. Through this session it is hope that the strong international linkages could also be established through active participation and network at the end of this training course. Upon the completion of this course, participants will be able to: 1. Gather new ideas and inspiration on best management practices from international prominent speakers. 2. Effectively create strong collaboration with international partners. 3. Apply the best practices in their organisation to improve performance.

Objective

1. Share international prominent speakers perspectives on leadership, teaching and research.

2. Develop strong international networking and linkages on research and academics.

3. Infuse new ideas into organisations leadership in order to bolster more effective transformational processes.
